Our Safety Goal is to create a workplace culture where every employee is empowered to prioritize safety, ensuring ZERO accidents and injuries through proactive training, open communication, and continuous improvement in safety practices.

Our mission is to establish a rapid response team trained in specialized techniques and equipped with the necessary tools to safely and effectively rescue individuals in confined spaces.

Hazardous Communication is a key component in our industry. Routinely going through trainings allows us to be consistently up to par with the constant changes we all come across.

Conducting daily toolbox talks before the start of each job enables our employees and clients to collaboratively identify potential hazards, fostering a proactive approach to safety. This practice ensures that everyone is aware of risks and prepared to mitigate them before work begins, enhancing overall workplace safety and efficiency.

Klenz employees go through countless courses that cover every aspect of our work. Courses like CPR/First Aid, Heat/Cold Stress, Drug & Alcohol Awareness, along with several other courses. These courses reinforce the actions that may need to be used in certain situations.

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. Working together to incorporate  industry safety with client safety makes the work experience beneficial for Klenz, clients, and the communities.
